A lighthearted adventure romp that mines comedy from Tarzan's fish-out-of-water culture clash in 1940s New York while maintaining a warm, family-friendly tone centered on rescue and reunion.

Circus owner Buck Rand kidnaps Boy to perform in his show. He forces a pilot to fly him, Boy and his animal trainer out of the jungle. Tarzan and Jane follow them to New York.
