Three Colors: Red
The invisible thread of destinies.
Directed by Krzysztof Kieślowski
Produced by mk2 Films, France 3 Cinéma
A meditative exploration of fate and human connection, where a chance encounter between a young model and a reclusive judge reveals the invisible threads binding strangers' lives together.
Part-time model Valentine unexpectedly befriends a retired judge after she runs over his dog. At first, the grumpy man shows no concern about the dog, and Valentine decides to keep it. But the two form a bond when she returns to his house and catches him listening to his neighbors’ phone calls.
