On ViX
A dark, tense biographical crime drama tracing a major drug lord's rise and inevitable fall, grounded in the paranoia and moral decay of the narcotics trade.
Lehder changed the drug trade forever when he decided to buy an island 340 km off the coast of Florida in the 1970s. He was the first major Colombian drug lord to be extradited and tried in the US in 1987: he served a 30-year prison sentence and is now a free man.
