The rarest thing a film can be: heavy enough to mean something and kind enough to sit with. Sixty-six films out of fourteen thousand manage both.
Heavy and kind at once. Almost nothing manages it: weight normally arrives with coldness, and comfort normally arrives with lightness. These are the exceptions.
